Some old images of a trip done and forgotten years back.Kovalam is very near to our house and we always go there for the beaches and this time ,it was not different either.We chose the ayurvedic and beach resort,"The Somatheeram" to have some good food and some quality time for ourselves.We spend almost a day there and it was fun..

It was rainy season,the month of june and the place was beautiful and we spend hours there..It was lovely to see that they had their outdoor spaces blend with the surroundings..

a tanjore krishna painting which a japanese friend (Nakano)of my grandma gifted her years back.Nakano came from japan to study the art and lived near our house and used to visit the nearby temple and they became great friends.My grandma was sad during the time of japan earthquake,no news of Nakano so far..
