A Peek Inside Movie Houses

FREE IMAGES Every now ant then I like to pull up the websites of companies that manage properties for movie and photo shoot rentals.  Here are a few favorite spaces I found this time.

A peaceful, gorgeous home that's elegant and casual

FREE IMAGES I am really crushing on this living/room foyer right now.  It's so light and airy, but still sophisticated.  During hectic times, the no-fuss approach seen in this space is really grounding.  The space is by Alison Royer of the Belmont Design Group.  All photography by Ashlee Raubach.

Had this vase been a hard edge crystal, it would add to the formal feeling of the space.  I like the organic, rustic glass vase - it adds a more relaxed feel.

The lines of this room are clean and classic, but the wallpaper and bright green also make it fresh.

I like symmetry in design as long as the objects used are fun and unstuffy.

The colors in the rooms above and below are so lush...if I lived in a colder climate I would definitely use them.

Acrylic chairs and pops of fuchsia make a traditional dining table fun.
